Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients through telehealth sessions, focusing on assessing and treating a variety of psychological disorders and emotional challenges.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, contributing insights and updates regarding client progress and care plans.
\n
• Conduct preventative screenings and interventions tailored to individual client needs, ensuring that treatment is both evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans in partnership with clients, their families, and additional service providers to ensure continuity of care.

• Manage a caseload that includes developing and leading individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Participate in training and educational initiatives to enhance professional development and keep up-to-date with best practices in social work and mental health care.

• Act as a resource for clients and their families in crisis situations, providing support and stabilization as needed.
\n
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and health assessments to comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Engage in community outreach efforts to foster relationships with local organizations that can provide additional resources to clients.

• Provide on-call support as required, ensuring that clients have access to necessary services outside of standard hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with a diverse population facing significant mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, those experiencing severe emotional disorders, trauma, and chronic mental illness. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and possess unique stories; therefore, the ability to engage with individuals from different cultures and lifestyles is essential to achieving successful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field is required; an advanced degree and LCSW certification are mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care approaches is a plus.

• Proficiency in assessment tools and methodologies suitable for evaluating mental health conditions in diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
