Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s mental health status, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions that align with clients' unique needs.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care tailored to each individual's journey.

• Perform crisis interventions as necessary, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and relevant laws to ensure high-quality care.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to support community healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on clients of varying ages seeking mental health support in a hospice environment. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
