Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate a personalized treatment plan that takes into account the specific requirements of our diverse patient population.

  Actively diagnose and monitor the mental health progress of clients using standardized diagnostic tools, such as the DSM-5, ensuring appropriate and timely modifications to treatment plans as necessary.

  Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of treatment sessions, including patient assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

  Engage collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement a comprehensive treatment roadmap that aligns with client goals and desired health outcomes.

  Anticipate and address safety concerns and symptom management as part of patient care, proactively working toward reducing barriers to recovery.

  Coordinate referral options and establish strong working relationships with other clinicians and service providers to facilitate seamless transitions in care.

  Act as a mentor and educator to students, interns, and volunteers, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily encompasses outpatient therapy for individuals and families affected by cancer.
