Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while remaining an integral part of our community health clinic's operations. Our remote working environment is supported by advanced technology and collaboration tools to facilitate seamless communication with clients and interdisciplinary teams. You will operate within a framework that emphasizes flexibility and work-life balance, with standard working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and life circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support, managing cases effectively through phone and video consultations, or in-person sessions as necessary.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care by collaborating with medical professionals, counselors, and community organizations, ensuring holistic support for each client.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, offering evidence-based interventions and counseling techniques.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards, while documenting treatment progress and outcomes.

• Participate in case conferences, contributing insights and evidence as needed in court situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve come from various backgrounds and communities, some facing severe challenges such as childhood trauma, domestic instability, or mental health illnesses compounded by societal factors. Your role will be to stabilize these clients through therapeutic interventions, guiding them towards resilience and improved quality of life. You will work with both adults and children, addressing their needs through a culturally competent and sensitive approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
