Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients’ mental health status, employing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that support patients' mental health goals and regularly reassessing progress to ensure effective outcomes.
\n
• Documenting treatment records, clinical notes, and other relevant information accurately and timely, in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaboratively developing comprehensive treatment strategies with patients and their families, ensuring cultural sensitivity and recognition of special needs pertinent to the demographics served.

• Establishing and nurturing strong working relationships with other healthcare providers and referral agencies to streamline patient access to necessary resources.

• Providing mentorship and educational support to interns and volunteers, and contributing to peer reviews and clinical team discussions under supervision.

Qualifications\n
