Work Environment\n

This role operates in a hybrid environment, incorporating both remote work flexibility and in-person consultations within the community. Working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

  Conduct evidence-based assessments and screenings to determine client needs, followed by coordination of appropriate interventions and services.

  Provide a wide range of therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, individual, group, and family therapy, adapting as needed based on client feedback and progress.

  Facilitate crisis interventions as required, employing de-escalation strategies and immediate support techniques to assist clients in distress.

  Maintain an active caseload, ensuring timely documentation and reporting that aligns with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with adults and children facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other severe emotional disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust compensation package, we are excited to offer a sign-on bonus for new hires.
