Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess patients’ mental health needs using appropriate diagnostic tools, including the DSM-5, to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the diverse cultural backgrounds and special requirements of the patient population.

• Continually evaluate the patient’s progress and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to meet their unique mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate patient treatment records and report clinical information in compliance with regulatory guidelines and departmental protocols, utilizing current electronic health record (EHR) technology.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to create and revise comprehensive treatment plans based on ongoing assessments, expected outcomes, and safety considerations.

• Act as a vital link between patients and external referral agencies, coordinating support options and developing a network of care that enhances patient access to necessary services.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers, reinforcing the importance of ethical practice and professional development in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
