Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video chat and instant messaging, ensuring confidentiality and comfort.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A valid, independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is mandatory. Please note that limited or provisional licenses, as well as any disciplinary actions on your record, will not qualify you for this position.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively connecting with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology tools and a solid understanding of virtual therapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote counseling role is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 , based on your hours worked and experience level.
