Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a vital liaison between students, families, and outpatient providers to support ongoing therapeutic processes.

• Interact proactively with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification processes and ensure effective utilization management, safeguarding coverage for our clients.

• Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients leaving higher levels of care.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, modeling and reinforcing a healthy relationship with food in line with best practices.
\n
• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, considering their intersecting identities and backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting students in a school setting, ranging from elementary to high school age. This population may include students dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in fostering resilience and providing strategies that encourage positive development and promote their academic and personal success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida is required.

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills evidenced through past work experiences.

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
