Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop tailored treatment plans addressing the individual needs of clients struggling with mental health and substance use issues.

• Provide ongoing individual and couples therapy through telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential space for each session.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes to comply with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to deliver holistic care and support to clients.

• Manage scheduling for clients, including follow-up appointments and ongoing communication to foster engagement in their treatment journey.

• Utilize our billing service to facilitate the handling of claims, client accounts, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an Outpatient Counseling Specialist, you will work with a diverse client population, including youth, adults, and families who have been referred for outpatient services. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a human services or behavioral healthcare field is required.

• Valid LCSW licensure, demonstrating the ability to practice independently.
