Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and experience to conduct independent psychosocial assessments and formulate diagnoses for patients dealing with mental health and substance use issues.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through regular assessments and follow-ups, leveraging both in-person and virtual methods to track treatment objectives.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, potentially supplemented with an annual incentive bonus.
