Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with a varied caseload of clients facing significant mental health challenges, including symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evidence-based screenings to identify the appropriate treatment pathways for clients.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that ensure connected services and information exchange between clients, their families, and treatment providers.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans to align with client goals and needs.

• Participate actively in team meetings and collaborative projects aimed at enhancing the quality of care and service delivery within the clinic.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts and be available for on-call duties during and after program hours as assigned.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and submit reports as required to comply with organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
