Operating remotely from Clarence, New York, our multidisciplinary team is designed to prioritize flexibility and work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to work with clients via telehealth, as well as attending in-person sessions at our Hospice Center when necessary. Our supportive administrative team is dedicated to managing essential tasks such as scheduling and billing, allowing you to concentrate on providing exceptional clinical care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide both short-term and long-term psychotherapy for individuals, families, or groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following organizational protocols and state regulations.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and fellow therapists to ensure a coordinated approach to care.

• Participate in supervision, case consultations, and staff meetings, contributing to team knowledge and resource sharing.

• Advocate for client needs, connecting them with community resources and services as required.

Qualifications\n

• Current LCSW license in New York State is required.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, although newly licensed LCSWs are encouraged to apply.
