Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide both short-term and long-term psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, in accordance with clinic protocols and state guidelines, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and fellow therapists to facilitate coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in clinical supervision and team case consultations, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Advocate for client needs, connecting them with additional resources and services within the community when necessary.

• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in clinical social work, fostering a safe and supportive environment for both clients and colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW license in New York State is required.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, but newly licensed LCSWs are encouraged to apply.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed care is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive compensation package, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time staff which includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
