Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, strengths, and specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver high-quality treatment.

• Collaborate proactively with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure that treatment plans are effectively implemented.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication regimens, enabling informed decision-making.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, along with group and family therapy, emphasizing collaborative approaches that incorporate the patients' preferences.

• Develop individualized treatment plans by actively involving patients and considering their personal goals and aspirations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
