Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health statuses and identify needs through established tools including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect cultural sensitivity, addressing diverse patient backgrounds and special needs.

• Regularly monitor and assess patient progress, employing interventions and strategies designed to enhance mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Collaborate actively with patients and their families to formulate and refine treatment goals, addressing their unique challenges and incorporating feedback throughout the therapy process.

• Coordinate referrals to other treatment providers as necessary, establishing solid working relationships with external clinicians and agencies.

• Engage in educational initiatives by providing mentoring and supervision to students, interns, and new staff members, enhancing the overall knowledge base of our team.

• Participate in quality assurance activities, including peer reviews and clinical audits, directed by your clinical supervisor, to contribute to professional development and team effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, in addition to a signing bonus upon joining our team. Our compensation package is designed to be above market rates and includes:
