Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, manage, and implement client-centric support plans to help individuals overcome life challenges and dependencies.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to assess their current mental health conditions, strengths, and areas in need of improvement.

• Design tailored and measurable goals for each case, ensuring clients have clear, attainable pathways to wellness.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and situations.

• Provide informative counseling during sessions, offering expert advice on the best courses of action tailored to each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, progress, and interventions to ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulations.

• Collaborate in case conferences, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues, and when necessary, providing testimony and evidence in court regarding client cases.

• Act as a key worker within multidisciplinary teams, effectively coordinating care and services for clients with varied support needs.

• Refer clients to community resources and services that contribute to their recovery and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
