Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of patients’ mental health statuses utilizing evidence-based practices and resources, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans that consider cultural diversity and specific needs tailored to our patient population.

• Regularly monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to effectively respond to mental health diagnoses.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive treatment documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational procedures, leveraging the latest technology.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to craft a cohesive treatment plan that addresses goals and aspirations while ensuring patient safety and symptom management.

• Facilitate referrals and connect patients with appropriate treatment options, establishing solid relationships with other healthcare providers and community resources.

• Educate and mentor students, interns, residents, and volunteers, fostering a culture of growth and learning within the team.

• Participate in peer review, clinical collaboration, and quality assurance processes as directed by supervising clinicians.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
