Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose patients' mental health status using standardized tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to develop individualized care plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Continally monitor and evaluate patient progress, executing appropriate interventions and strategies to support positive mental health outcomes.

• Prepare, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of all treatment records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to create comprehensive treatment plans that align with their needs and desired outcomes.

• Promote patient safety and symptom reduction through proactive interventions and by coordinating referrals to other treatment providers as necessary.

• Actively participate in a team-oriented environment, contributing ideas and collaborating effectively to achieve departmental objectives.

• Provide mentorship and education for students, interns, and other clinical staff, enhancing their professional development and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

• Support team growth through peer-to-peer reviews, clinical collaborations, and chart audits, guided by clinical supervisors.
