Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ psychological status, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized therapy plans.

• Develop and implement evidence-based strategies tailored to support patients facing mental health challenges associated with their cancer diagnosis.

• Evaluate treatment effectiveness by continuously monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to care strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal protocols.

• Utilize a patient-centered approach to develop and collaborate on comprehensive treatment plans, integrating the values of cultural diversity and specific needs of our patient demographics.

• Facilitate coordination of referrals to relevant services, establishing effective communication channels with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your compensation will range between USD 90,000 and USD 105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid parental leave, holidays, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
