Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to effectively understand each client's unique situation.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds of clients, tailoring approaches to facilitate engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across various formats, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring timely support and connecting them with necessary resources for ongoing care.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation of each client’s progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in adherence to clinic protocols and state regulations.

• Furnish psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with essential tools and knowledge to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure a continuum of care and a comprehensive approach to each client's treatment.

• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize client outcomes.

• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, implementing new knowledge into your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
