Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand the unique needs and challenges faced by patients in hospice care.

• Collaborate with patients to formulate individualized treatment plans that respect their goals, personal narratives, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment summaries.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, equipping them with effective coping strategies and resources.

• Engage in regular outcome assessments to monitor treatment efficacy and make evidence-based adjustments to care plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, with actual compensation determined based on geographic location, professional experience, and educational background.
