Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans grounded in best practices and evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), adapting therapeutic approaches to fit each patient's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary in response to patient feedback and clinical observations.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to engage in their care actively.

• Maintain adherence to ethical and professional standards of practice, including confidentiality and informed consent protocols.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, each dealing with various mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
