Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health, identifying emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy tailored to patients experiencing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that reflect cultural competence and the unique needs of each patient.

• Monitor the progress of patients, adjusting treatment interventions and strategies based on their feedback and clinical outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice, including maintaining patient confidentiality and securing informed consent for services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of individuals facing various mental health challenges. Our patients may include those struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related stress. Your approach will be centered around understanding each patient's unique background and experiences, fostering trust, and providing tailored interventions that promote healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing mental health services, with a focus on psychotherapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
