Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients of all ages and with varying clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic methods to meet their specific needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, following established protocols for progress notes and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with other therapists to discuss client progress, share insights, and participate in peer supervision, enhancing team synergy.

• Schedule and manage ongoing client appointments, ensuring your calendar reflects current availability.

• Utilize the billing service to process client insurance claims and manage benefit checks, minimizing administrative burdens and maximizing client support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
