Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in individualized, couples, family, and group therapy settings.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and cohesive care for patients in acute distress.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, empowering them with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage mental health challenges effectively.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, effectively liaising with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications\n
