Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to effectively identify client needs and challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to devise individualized treatment plans that honor their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and personal circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a variety of settings—individual, couple, family, and group—utilizing techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Deliver crisis intervention services when needed, working alongside healthcare professionals to ensure continuous and effective care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, following adherence to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Engage in psychoeducation efforts to inform clients and their families about mental health conditions, providing them with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective management.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient experiences, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
