Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, focusing on the emotional, social, and environmental factors impacting their well-being.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that address client goals and outline necessary interventions.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, promoting the services of the hospice center and addressing awareness around end-of-life issues.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
