Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers across disciplines to ensure integrated care plans that prioritize clients’ holistic wellness.
\n
• Advocate for clients' rights and help them navigate community resources and support services to enhance their access to care.
\n
• Accurately document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic health records, ensuring compliance with agency policies and state regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in team meetings, case conferences, and educational activities focused on enhancing clinical competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LICSW in our community health clinic, you will be working closely with diverse groups of clients of varying ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. Many clients present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues, emphasizing the need for tailored and culturally competent approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
