Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients experiencing severe emotional disorders.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans in partnership with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers to address specific mental health challenges.

• Conduct therapy sessions—including individual, group, and family therapy—through virtual platforms, focusing on evidence-based techniques to foster recovery and resilience.

• Monitor and track client progress through regular check-ins, ensuring that treatment paths align with client goals and adjusting care plans as needed.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress and coordinating with local mental health resources as needed.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to improve care delivery and foster professional growth.

• Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for all client interactions and treatments, meeting regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
