Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and are tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in developing coping strategies and resilience.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, sharing knowledge and insights to enhance client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to elevate the quality of care and foster continued professional development.

• Provide education and supportive resources to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, encouraging empowerment and informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington state, evidencing your qualifications and professional competence.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
