Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients directly, assessing their needs and developing tailored treatment plans addressing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Participate actively in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaborations to advance collective goals, respecting and integrating the diverse perspectives of team members and clients.

• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments, employing evidence-based practices to determine the most suitable interventions and treatment paths.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that connect clients and families with the necessary support services, ensuring a seamless flow of information among all stakeholders.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions either virtually or within the community, focusing on brief, targeted interventions and recovery-oriented practices.

• Monitor client progress through regular documentation, ensuring timely completion of reports and data submissions to evaluate treatment efficacy.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary and provide ongoing support for clients facing urgent mental health challenges.

• Perform on-call duties during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring responsive care for clients needing immediate assistance.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
