Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans while offering consultations on pre-crisis and crisis interventions, tailored behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.

• Ensure that all required documentation is completed within set deadlines, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to facilitate effective diagnosis and treatment.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, fostering a holistic therapeutic environment.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state and national standards.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to enhance the support network for our clients.

• Establish and maintain open communication channels with various stakeholders, promoting our mission within the community and meeting all contract standards.

• Network with local, state, and federal agencies to identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities, thereby enhancing program offerings.

• Pursue ongoing personal and professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and other relevant meetings, thereby representing the organization and contributing to collective expertise.

• Perform additional related tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director.
