Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate tailored treatment plans, taking into account individual client needs and preferences.

• Provide consultation for the development of pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, ensuring that all components meet regulatory standards.

• Leverage evidence-based screening tools as needed to assess client progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and optimize positive behavior support plans across various treatment modalities.

• Keep abreast of licensing and accreditation requirements by actively participating in associated processes and meetings.
\n
• Act as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, to facilitate access to additional resources and support.

• Maintain prompt and accurate documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with all ethical and regulatory guidelines.

• Foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify opportunities for new partnerships and funding sources.

• Engage in activities that enhance personal and professional development, including attending conferences and representing the organization in community discussions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall functioning of the clinic.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals with emotional and mental health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and people navigating the complexities of developmental disabilities and brain injury. Qualifications\n
