Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via secure video conferencing technology, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and collaborate actively with them to develop tailored treatment plans that promote their wellness and recovery.

• Utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other methodologies to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

• Regularly maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting treatment progress and insights in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in collaborative care with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic services to clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to refine your therapeutic skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele may range from adolescents to adults who are facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will work to create a supportive atmosphere that fosters trust and healing, allowing clients to express themselves openly and engage in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts is essential.

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
