Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to determine clients' needs and treatment goals.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and cultural contexts.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring clients receive the immediate support needed during acute distress.
\n
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Empower clients and families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage mental health conditions.

• Stay updated on current research and emerging best practices in mental health to continuously enhance clinical practice.

• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality in all interactions.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals who have faced trauma, adverse life experiences, and varying mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling setting, demonstrating proficiency with therapeutic techniques and the ability to assess and address complex client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
