Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to therapy.

• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring individualized treatment plans that foster client growth and resilience.

• Facilitating insightful conversations with clients regarding their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships to aid their understanding and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license, allowing you to practice independently without the need for supervision. Applicants must have one of the following licenses:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses; no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using video conferencing tools for direct client interaction.

• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, coupled with dependable internet access.
