Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health challenges and needs, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant frameworks to facilitate effective treatment.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care, fostering comprehensive support for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, employing your expertise to deliver compassionate and effective assistance during emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach activities aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and fostering a better understanding of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, reflecting a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. By working with a varied client base, you will deepen your clinical experience and enhance your ability to provide culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• Active, independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and cultivate therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling you to work effectively and empathetically with individuals from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-up on client progress.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community mental health setting, ideally within a similar clinic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
