Our client base consists primarily of stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support for stress management, anxiety, and life transitions. As a counselor, you will play a significant role in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys, providing them with tools to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Understanding and adapting to the diverse needs and backgrounds of our clients is a key component of this role.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current independent licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD in the state of Tennessee, allowing you to practice without supervision.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.
\n
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and high proficiency with technology, ensuring effective communication and documentation with clients.

• A stable internet connection for telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n
