Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health status and needs of clients, employing evidence-based assessment tools.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that focus on individual patient goals and therapeutic outcomes, integrating various therapeutic modalities as appropriate.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, maintaining regular communication and offering strategies that empower clients to overcome their challenges.

• Perform crisis interventions as needed, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations while ensuring client safety.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in the state of Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating broad-based knowledge across various mental health disorders.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing inclusive approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a proven track record of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and other relevant technologies essential for effective telehealth delivery.

• A commitment to ethical practice, maintaining professional boundaries, and confidentiality standards.
