Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand the severity, frequency, and impact of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailoring interventions to meet their specific needs, preferences, and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment pathways, and practical self-care strategies that facilitate recovery.

• Monitor client progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and medical professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Completed a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

While a Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement for this role, candidates with advanced degrees or significant experience in teletherapy or community mental health settings will be favored. A strong familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is advantageous, as it will aid in maintaining up-to-date and organized client records.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and credentials.
