Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions, encouraging open communication and fostering a collaborative atmosphere among participants.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
