Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role directly engages with a diverse client population facing mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. You will work with individuals, couples, and families, tailoring interventions to meet varying needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years in a mental health counseling role is required, experience providing therapy to diverse populations and facilitating group therapy processes will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
