Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Together Counseling Services, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations through effective behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Accurately complete required documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that cater to client needs.
\n
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining high standards of care and service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure clients have access to comprehensive care.

• Establish and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to meet contract standards while promoting Together Counseling Services’ mission within the community.

• Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to cultivate partnerships that can further develop our programs and secure potential funding sources.
\n
• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities, attending conferences, classes, and relevant meetings to remain well-informed and represent the organization.

• Embrace and integrate the agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles consistently in your practice.

• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure seamless service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and various developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field.

• An independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensure from the state of Washington, or the ability to gain licensure in Washington if currently licensed in another state.
