Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, utilizing diagnostic tools and standardized assessments.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that encompass individual therapy sessions, group therapies, and progress evaluations.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual interaction or encounter barriers to accessing in-person services.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress towards therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain precise and compliant documentation of each client interaction in accordance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending relevant workshops and training sessions, to stay ahead of evolving clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and suicidal ideation. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active licensure to practice independently as an LMFC, LMHC, or LICSW without supervision; provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.

• Proven ability to critically assess situations and make informed decisions suited to each client’s treatment needs.

• Proficient computer skills with experience in telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and digital documentation.
