Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Manage a caseload of adults, adolescents, or a combination of both, conducting regular therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.

• Attend all required programmatic meetings, including clinical supervision and staff meetings, to ensure alignment and continuity of care.

• Administer evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to individual client needs, addressing issues such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Collaborate with inter-agency program providers to develop and coordinate comprehensive care plans that incorporate various resources and services.

• Prepare and compile detailed discharge summaries to document client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest practices, theories, and regulations in mental health counseling.

Your primary focus will be supporting a diverse range of clients, including both adult and adolescent populations facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Sustaining current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW.

• A clean history with no Medical Malpractice Claims, confirmed through third-party verification.

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in a community mental health setting and those who demonstrate a strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities. Compensation and Benefits\n
