Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status to inform tailored treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may include individuals seeking short-term support as well as those in need of long-term therapy. Understanding their unique experiences will be essential in building trust and rapport.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
\n
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential, whereas a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and foster therapeutic relationships.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While new graduates are encouraged to apply, experience in conducting assessments and delivering individual therapy is preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems will be beneficial in ensuring seamless service delivery. A commitment to ongoing education and training in therapeutic techniques will also be an asset.
