Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in regular staff meetings and clinical supervision to share insights and best practices, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

• Engage in client-session preparation by reviewing case notes and pertinent research to effectively address client issues and needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in both written and electronic formats, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.

• Collaborate with partner agency services and coordinate visits to improve the support network for clients.

• Conduct assessment sessions to evaluate client needs and contribute to developing individualized treatment plans (ITP) tailored to their unique situations.

• Facilitate consultations with clients by employing therapeutic techniques to create a safe space for exploration and growth.

• Stay informed on best practices by undertaking research and participating in training sessions, and contribute to ongoing development within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and varying life challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, as verified by a third-party agency.
\n
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and community partners.

• Strong clinical skills for establishing rapport and conducting assessments with sensitivity and professionalism.
