Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients via secure video conferencing to establish treatment needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate a variety of counseling sessions, including individual therapy, family counseling, marriage therapy, and group sessions, to effectively address diverse client needs.

• Utilize virtual platforms to administer mental health screenings, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client challenges and treatment needs.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, consistently reassessing and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW) is a must.

Preferred Experience\n

• 3-5 years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly with clients facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including co-occurring disorders.

• Proficiency in individual and group therapy, as well as expertise in substance abuse treatment, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
