Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients to collaboratively set and achieve personalized treatment goals, tailoring therapy approaches to meet diverse needs.

• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy using evidence-based practices that promote long-term mental wellness.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans in consultation with clients.

• Accurately document therapy sessions and treatment progress in a timely manner, adhering to organizational guidelines for client records.

• Maintain an active caseload while ensuring compliance with the highest standards of ethical care and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Mental Health Counselor will be integral to providing tailored support that addresses their specific circumstances, promoting their healing journeys in a respectful and empathetic manner.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a fully licensed mental health professional in the state of Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, and/or LICSW).

• Educational background should include a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated experience of at least one year in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources and support systems.
